Makes about 3 cups
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded, pureed
2 tablespoons green onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
2 teaspoons celery seed
1 clove garlic, peeled, minced
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
in a food blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until mixture is thoroughly incorporated. Refrigerate until serving.
