2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 clove garlic, peeled, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
In a food blender combine white wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Puree until smooth. While blender is running slowly drizzle in canola or vegetable oil until mixture is thoroughly incorporated. Refrigerate until serving.
