3 cups orange cheese puffs2 pounds cream cheese, thawed
3 cups cheddar cheese1/4 cup chives, chopped
salt and pepper            1 bell pepper with long stem

Put the cheese puffs in a food processor and process until finely ground.  Place in a baking sheet.  In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chives, salt and pepper, to taste.  Mix thoroughly.  Mold the mixture into a ball, pressing the top of the ball flat.  Using the tip of a butter knife, carve lines in ball, like a pumpkin.  Roll the cheese ball into the ground cheese puffs.  Remove the stem from the bell pepper and place it on top of the cheese ball for a stem.  Serve with crackers and vegetables, such as the bell pepper.
