2/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lime juice
1 Chipotle pepper, chopped
1/4 cup tequila
2 tablespoon Triple Sec
1/4 cup cilantro , minced
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
Salsa
Combine oil, lime juice, jalapeno, tequila and Triple Sec in a large shallow pan. Add chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, turning often.
Turn grill on high. Remove chicken from marinate and grill for 7 minutes on each side until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with salsa.

Chipotles date back to the region of Mexico City, where the Aztecs are believed to smoke the jalapeno chili because drying them was too difficult and the pepper was prone to rot. Chipotles are popular in Southwestern cuisine. They are sold as dried, powdered or often canned in a tomato base adobo sauce.
