1/2 cup carrots, peeled and slicedsalt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cooked buscuits as diected on package. Set aside. In a large skillet over meduim heat, cook butter until golden brown. Saute mushroom and carrots until tender. SStir in flour until smooth. Slowly whisk in chicken broth, and cook until slightly thickened. Stir in cream, turkey and peas. Reduce heat to low and cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over buscuits.
