3 lbs. of venison
(3) 8-ounce cans kidney beans, drained, washed
2 pounds sausage
2 tablespoons Chili powder
2 medium onions, chopped
Salt & pepper, to taste
(3) 16-ounce cans of whole tomatoes
2 chili peppers, seeded, chopped

Chop venison and sausage together.  In a medium skillet, brown venison and sausage over medium heat for 5 minutes.  Add the chopped.  Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.  Drain fat.  Add chili powder, tomatoes, beans and chili pepper.  Add salt & pepper to
taste.  Over low heat simmer 1 to 2 hours.  Serve.
